Universal Colleges of Parañaque

I’ve had several encounters with the cashier/registrar, Lyn, especially during enrollment periods, and I’ve consistently found her to be unfriendly, short-tempered, and visibly irritated when assisting students. I let it go the first time, but this behavior happens every time I visit UCP, and it’s honestly frustrating. It feels like she doesn’t want to do her job, and her attitude leaves a negative impact on my entire day. I hope this issue is addressed and that the staff, especially those dealing directly with students, are reminded of the importance of professionalism and respect.

I’m a 3rd year student here in UCP taking the Bachelor of Elementary Education. The environment here is welcoming and it’s very affordable. I've been learning a lot, not just academically but also in terms of confidence and life skills which I really need for my field. Also, it just feels good to be part of a school that encourages growth and helps you become the best version of yourself. 🙏🏼

As a student at UCP, I’ve noticed major flaws in the system. Some professors especially in major subjects are unapproachable, rarely attend classes, and withhold basic learning materials like PowerPoints. It sometimes feels like students are being set up to fail and retake subjects for profit. Transferring is also difficult due to the late academic calendar, and the school is strict with approvals too, even for simple requests.

I had a great experience at UCP. One thing I really liked was how kind and helpful the staff were. From the moment I asked questions, they answered with patience and respect. They were always approachable, and they made sure I understood everything clearly, especially when it came to enrollment or getting documents.

The educational system is exceptional, offering valuable resources and dedicated teachers who prioritize student success. With an engaging curriculum and numerous extracurricular activities, students develop essential skills in critical thinking and teamwork. Overall, it fosters a strong sense of belonging for all students.
