While my experience at SISSAT School wasn’t entirely negative, there are several areas in need of improvement to enhance the overall learning environment. Below are my observations: 1. Excessive Payments and Delayed Deliverables The number of fees collected feels excessive. For example, the recognition event costing ₱2,000 and prom at ₱1,000 are unusually high compared to other schools where these events are typically more affordable. The delay in providing PE uniforms, despite early payments, caused inconvenience for students and hindered their participation in activities. 2. Unmet Promises Lockers, which were promised as part of the tuition fee, were never provided. This broken promise disappointed students and diminished trust in the school’s commitments. 3. Teacher Absences and Grading Concerns Frequent teacher absences disrupted learning and left students feeling unsupported. The grading system also appeared inconsistent, with grades often feeling arbitrary rather than reflective of performance. 4. Inefficient Document Processing Requesting documents like Good Moral and Form 137 is unnecessarily time-consuming. Students have to make multiple visits, pay extra fees, and deal with delays caused by unavailable staff or incomplete processing. This inefficiency creates undue stress, especially when documents are urgently needed for exams or transfers. 5. Poor Facilities and Cleanliness The restrooms are often dirty and poorly maintained, creating an uncomfortable environment for students. The hallways sometimes smell foul due to dogs lingering in the area. This not only affects the school’s cleanliness but also raises hygiene concerns. 6. Lack of Students The school’s very small student population makes it feel more like a study group than a proper academic institution. While smaller classes can sometimes provide personalized attention, this also raises concerns about the school’s reputation and ability to attract and retain students. 7. Budget Concerns The school appears to lack sufficient funding, which affects its ability to improve facilities, maintain cleanliness, and deliver on its promises. Suggestions for Improvement Transparent Fee Management: Clearly communicate and justify all fees upfront during enrollment to avoid frustration. Improved Facilities and Cleanliness: Allocate more resources to maintaining clean restrooms, keeping the hallways free of foul odors, and enhancing the overall campus environment. Efficient Processes: Streamline document requests by digitizing systems or hiring more staff to handle the workload. Accountability in Deliverables: Ensure that promised services, such as lockers and uniforms, are delivered on time, and communicate any delays promptly. Supportive Learning Environment: Address teacher absenteeism and introduce clear grading criteria to ensure students feel supported and fairly evaluated. Event Cost Reduction: Work towards lowering the cost of events like recognition day and prom to make them more affordable for families. SISSAT School has potential, but addressing these areas would significantly improve the student experience and trust in the institution.

★★★★★(5 reviews)Do not enrol your kids in this school. Teachers are always absent. Mandatory to join events and even if the kids are not joining, you are required to pay. Principal is not cooperative. Fully paid for uniforms but still it has been 3 months since the class started and they havent released the uniforms yet. They will message and harass you by calling to pay for the tuition fee even if it is not due yet. Notebooks that should be included in the tuition was not released. They wont let us talk to their respective teachers on how our kids are doing in school
From an administrative standpoint, our school consistently delivers excellence from preschool through college readiness. We pride ourselves on providing a nurturing environment, innovative teaching methods, and comprehensive programs that meet the needs of our diverse student body. Our dedicated educators, curriculum, and seamless transition to higher education ensure that our students are well-prepared for success academically and beyond. While there are always areas for growth and refinement, our commitment to continuous improvement drives us to strive for excellence in every aspect of our educational offerings. We are proud of our school's achievements and the positive impact it has on the lives of our students.
after a year sad to say my daughter did not improve from this school.
Don't enroll here, they look like money management here, children are required to pay for the Christmas party even if they don't want to attend, worst of all, they can't even take care of the teachers. That's why no teacher stays here long because of their ugly management, even their scholars are still employed by them #report this school
