San Sebastian College – Recoletos de Cavite

I am very disappointed with the service I received. I requested a Receipt and a Statement of Account (SOA) under my niece’s name because I am the one who paid her tuition fees. For my own records, I absolutely deserve access to the complete SOA, which should clearly show the flow of payments, dates, and any remaining balance. However, despite my repeated requests, they refused to provide the proper document and instead kept giving me an assessment form, which is not what I asked for. An assessment form only shows the expected fees — not the actual payments made. It is NOT a Statement of Account. It is extremely frustrating that something so basic and essential is not being given. As a payer, I have every right to request and receive an accurate SOA. The lack of transparency and unwillingness to provide the correct document is unacceptable and very unprofessional. I hope they fix their system and treat future requests with more respect and clarity.

Worst school ever. I paid for my documents and even went thru an entire clearance just to pay for it sa cashier just for them to not give me any updates regarding my papers :// i asked the person behind the desk how long it would take and they told me that they will text me in about a week and its been months LMAO WORST SCHOOL !!!! SO MANY PAYMENTS JUST TO PAY FOR NOTHING !!!!!

Slow transactions, some staffs are rude, phone lines are not reachable, and fees for the events and more are not reasonable.
