The Uni is old. the garden is not maintained. -⭐ 6th floor tapos walang elevator -⭐ someone can be seen with new car. gifted by officials for the pocketed money. -⭐ quality of education is subjective because all of the books is made by the same professor teaching the specific subject. -⭐ professor can be seen with his students in the billiard table outside uni in the middle of his class.
