PHINMA-University of Pangasinan is one of the best universities in Region 1. This institution offers best education especially in Medicine Field and more. ☺ It is also accessible in terms of food and just one ride away to the city proper.

deserves 0 stars tbh, i am not kidding when i say that i absolutely regretted ever enrolling in this institution. why? 1.) OVERCROWDED, they keep admitting students when the school's already super full and the classrooms are not enough to accomodation everyone. this school gives 0 care about the students and only care about money. 2.) inconsiderate, disrespectful, and most importantly, INCOMPETENT teachers. you will have a hard time learning anything, i promise you that. and since the school's overcrowded, teachers only teach for 20 minutes and then move on to another section. relies too much on modules and online classes, what's the point of having face-to-face classes if this is how subjects are being taught? 3.) RUDE EMPLOYEES AND STAFF. yes, i'm looking at you our dear guards, i-cleans, and registrars. i understand that they are also overworked with how much workload they carry, but that will never erase the anxiety and embarrassment they made me feel during my many interactions with them where i was being nice. also, may mga manyak na i-clean at guard dito. 4.) overworked students because of their badly managed school calendar. the schedule of classes, exams, events, etc. are too fast paced resulting in sudden deadlines and you will be stressed the f out. 5.) the campus is horrible — stinky, dirty bathrooms, literally saw two giant rats running around the student plaza where the food stalls are located, many raised bricks on the floor that you will trip on, ALWAYS ALWAYS flooded parking lot, crowded as hell. 6.) DISORGANIZED !!!!! panget ng sistema, gulat ka na lang wala ka na voucher or drop out ka na (these things happened to people i know.) ang haba palagi ng linya sa registrar, HOURS and HOURS before ka maasikaso tapos susungitan ka pa ng employees. 7.) doesn't take action against students who disrespect teachers, discriminates, bullies, etc. pero kapag student na nageexpress ng genuine disappointment niya regarding sa school, galit na galit sila 😜 freedom of speech WHO? 8.) be prepared maheat stroke during events, doon siya sa gym ginaganap and ang init-init. they don't have a proper and air-conditioned place to hold their many many events. 9.) magtanong lang kayo sa mga wala na sa upang, idedetalye nila how ugly this university is. pros: • may mcdo, and masarap yung fried noodles doon sa student plaza. • many nice people, at least sama-sama kayong maging miserable sa school na 'to lol. • mwhehehe puno ng bading, dami ko naging crush dito na masc girls 😁 kidding aside, i salute the SSG & RSO officers. kayo lang nagpapaganda ng upang fr, ang saya ng events and well-planned palagi.

I authorized my cousin to get my documents to this School, but she was very disappointed because of too much line up, slow moving only one booth open, very unsystematic School... June 19 she went there to get my document but then the registrar wasn't there because she attend a graduation, they said come back on 21st so she came back and the line up is unbelievable!!! And people in the registrar's office is keep talking without doing there work properly very very unsystematic. Here abroad when you do your thing same day you will get it... backhome oh dear!, you will get starving of waiting and it's too hot.. Next time sir/ ma'am do your work properly and don't let the people keep waiting and get starving...UNIVERSITY OF PANGASINAN. You are like a car without gasoline be systematic and be organize! You gonna get mo negative reviews if you continue doing that!..

This school portal is useless, they are informing to wait for further announcements in regards with the graduation date. After sending a request to their provided email no one bother to respond. Being an ofw we don’t own our time getting to be home in our country. We need to seek an approval from our employer to get a leave.
