★★★★★(5 reviews)Extremely slow response when it comes to module distribution. Exam will be on the end of month yet,not everyone has been given their modules. Some teachers are not that approachable as well and they will just refer you to someone else. You can't get any good response from any of them! 🤦♀️ So unorganized!
Unprofessional registrar and staff! This is school is still living from stone age. Very slow process regarding with TOR and other documents. They will asked you to contact them through phone or email after they have your hard earned money, but they will never ever answer. Beware!
Very bad experience at the Registrar’s Office. The line was completely disorganized, and I had an issue with someone behind me who tried to cut in. That person became hysterical, and instead of addressing the problem properly, I was ganged up on. The husband even told me not to answer back—excuse me, who are you to tell me I can’t respond? His wife was the one who shouted first and asked, “What’s your problem?”—so I answered. How is that wrong? Even when I tried to keep quiet to avoid further conflict, they cornered me. I can’t imagine people acting this way. To the Registrar’s Office: lesson learned—please manage the lines better. What’s the point of having barriers if they don’t work? Proper order and fairness should be enforced. And to those who think cutting in line is a “small matter,” it’s not. It reflects character. Being older doesn’t excuse bad behavior. For you it may be a small thing, but to those who respect the rules, it means a lot.
This school has one of THE WORST management. Registration is done offline with 8 hours waiting, and they still refuse to use proper online systems. Classroom has no ventilation or AC, it feels like a boiling sauna. Schedules are inhumane, from dawn to 8PM. Grading feels unfair and they even charge if you fail a test. Extremely money-hungry completely unmanageable, and students are required to attend school DESPITE TYPHOON. NO REGARDS FOR SAFETY AT ALL.
