The college is known for its strong focus on practical and health-related fields, particularly through its nursing program, which has historically been a key strength. Facilities are generally sufficient, though like many established institutions, some areas could benefit from modernization. A comfortable place for local residents seeking accessible and comprehensive education. For those looking for a school with a strong community feel and a solid reputation in local employment circles, Olivarez College is a noteworthy choice.

★★★★★(5 reviews)Hello! Here are the things I've observed in the new building whenever people would line up to pay for enrollment or other payment errands. 1. The line is a mess. Suggestion: Please put sign/s where the line starts. 2. Most students cut in line. Suggestion: Please put some queue numbers 1-100 and above so those who were in line first are identified. We should be able to get a number from a number stand. 3. Senior Citizens & PWD's priority lane. Suggestion: Please put a queuing number for people who are seniors and pwd. Also, it is best to have a window that has a signage for "Priorty". That's all for now. I hope you'll be able to see my review. :)
One of the staff that walks around the accounting office and registrar office who bosses students and payers around to "MOVE! MOVE!" towards the cashier was extremely disrespectful and rude. She yelled at us for sitting down when I was only with my fiance who studied in Olivarez; as I am a foreigner who is unfamiliar in the Philippines, of course I would stick with my partner. But I would understand if non-payers had to move to a different location, yelling at me in Tagalog in which I did not understand was unnecessary. I would have followed rules accordingly, I would have hoped she would have said it nicely as Filipinos are known for their hospitality but this old lady with glasses in a red uniform apparently doesn't have that word in her dictionary.
SO MUCH FOR HOSPITALITY. Regarding your staff who was a female old lady wearing red uniform and glasses by the registrar and accounting office who was bossing people around where to sit and the likes. I understand that seats are very much needed for people who are going to the cashier. But yelling at my fiance and I was not necessary to sit at a designated area just because my fiance was not gonna pay but rather he was accompanying me. He is a tourist who came here to the PH, mind you he is unfamiliar in this country as he lives in Minnesota, USA. She spoke to my fiance in Tagalog, in which he did not understand. My fiance is an American and I told her that he can't comprehend Tagalog and she gave me a mocking look. This honestly angered me because there is a whole lot of ways to have human decency and as someone who studied in Olivarez College in my senior year with accomodating staff, today was so disappointing. I understand the fact that other people were going to pay as well and the line was long, but my fiance is not from this country and I expected to be more lenient towards foreign people as he was so confused as why he was being yelled to, whether it was racism or what. He has bad experience in other countries and to think she would be yelling at my fiance in a language he is not familiar with WAS UNCALLED FOR. I expected better hospitality at a school.
The hospital was ok. the only tip that i can give you is that if you're using your hmo card and you have to wait for the doctor better get back to the information desk and look for another doctor thats available. This is to save time rather than waiting for the doctor to open his clinic for 2 hrs or more.
