After 2 years finally visited our kids school. They are currently on virtual class due to the pandemic, but we like the learning methodology and the high level competent teachers, with focus on Christian values. Happy to be here.

New Era University in Quezon City offers excellent tertiary education in a well-maintained campus. They focus on holistic development and strong values. A highly recommended private institution with dedicated faculty and a strong community.

This school is such a struggle. Right from the start, when they encoded my info, they already messed up my name. So I had to go all the way back just to fix it like seriously, it’s their mistake but I’m the one wasting time fixing it. And of course, that also means gastos for affidavit and name correction, which I still have to pay sa cashier. And here’s the worst part ilang taon na, their portal is still broken. Up to now, their system isn’t automated. You can’t even enroll online! It’s such a hassle going to school just to enroll and fall in line in those super long queues under terrible weather. Every enrollment season feels like a whole battle for me. They really need to fix their system. Like just now, I already saved the subjects I want to enroll in, but when it came to the cashier, they couldn’t read it! So I had to go all the way back to the SOM just to double-check and yes, it *was* saved properly. As I’m typing this, I’m boiling inside because of how messed up their system still is. Please, seriously, improve already.
