I thought they were attentive and responsive because they would even give me a call after we made our inquiry. During a phone call, I asked about how much face-to-face time is expected for the course my child chose. I knew the course my child chose offers online classes because I researched it, their website says so. I also knew it is not pure online so my question was - how much can we expect in as far as how many days will my child be expected to attend classes face-to-face. I asked this because we are not located in Makati and obviously commute/getting to school will be an issue. Well, I was told that because my child is an incoming freshman, face-to-face is expected to be minimal because it will mostly be minor subjects which as are all online. She said most likely, 2 days a week only for face-to-face. I thought that was manageable as far as what I and my child could handle so I paid their reservation fee. Well, a month later, they released class schedules and I’m looking at 4 days face-to-face. How they structure their classes, courses, etc is not the issue. The issue is they gave me information so casually, incorrectly after I even explained that I’m interested in their school for my child because they offer online and we live far from their campus, etc etc. so why would you give me information you aren’t sure is true or correct? Now they are not responding about my refund request for the reservation fee. I paid that reservation fee based on the information admissions gave me. I hope they understand that when a person is making an inquiry, we’re not playing around. We do need you to provide accurate answers. If she would have told me she is not sure about how many days are required for face-to-face classes, then I would not have paid the reservation fee. If she had told me that she is not sure and will get back to me with the details, then I would not have paid the reservation fee yet. But she told me most likely only 2 days a week. She also gave me the impression that because my child is incoming freshman, it will most likely be all minors. She already told me all minors are online so I thought every thing she was saying matches. But she lied. And now they are refusing to be accountable and refund me the reservation fee.

Shiny new Makati campus of Mapúa. Massive improvement from the previous Makati campus. Much better than the Intramuros campus, that's for sure.

School Schedule - Quarterm Quality of Education - 5/5 Environment for Learning - 5/5 Food choices - 4.5/5 Course selection - 5/5 Tuition - on the pricey side but it is alright as you get the perks like accreditations and benefit from partnerships of the school.

A lot of the students who enroll here eventually transfer to other schools or get delayed in graduating. They justify late graduations or half the class failing on a subject. It doesn't really encourage good teaching skills and students actually genuinely learning. Would not recommend at all

Good school if you are in to Arts.
