Is this the school that went viral two years ago on Raffy Tulfo's YouTube channel, where a student did not graduate properly even after paying the graduation fee the day before? Why is this school still operating?

I do not recommend this school. They do not have high class laboratories; they lack equipment and reagents for lab experiments. Because of this, there were some lab experiments that we cannot perform. Exams were done using personal cellphone and gforms link. They cannot even provide paper for exams. Some microscopes are blurry. They are also understaffed, some teachers are from abroad and meet students online. If I were you, enroll or transfer to good universities in baguio. Take the risk if you want :))
