Some part-time teachers are not doing their jobs very well. Very pricey miscellaneous fees and poor service of registrar and cashier. They're very rude to students and processing of documents takes too long. Very much over crowded. Liceo was good before but now, it became a profit oriented school.

★★★★★(5 reviews)This institution doesn't just adhere to produce good quality of graduates, but the best professionals in their own respective fields. During my stay here is truly a blissful one. I and my mom we're both products of this beautiful school. Same school, different year and profession, but has one goal. Service Loyalty Integrity Discipline Excellence!!!
For those who said the school is over enrolled by shs students, think about it,the school is already organized and handled this,we can online class in Monday and Tuesday, face to face in Wednesday, it's not that ,if nagreklamo ka nga pricey ang school, malamang it's a private school? Edi unta nangita nakag laing school, the Liceo De Cagayan University is servicing VERY WELL, and the research teachers are one of the best that's why i am the High Honor last school year.
I am formally lodging this complaint to express my profound dissatisfaction with the current performance of the Registrar’s Office of Liceo de Cagayan University. I requested my Transcript of Records more than one month ago, yet as of today, the document remains unsigned and unprocessed, with no concrete timeline provided for its completion. This prolonged delay demonstrates a serious lapse in administrative efficiency and accountability. It is highly concerning that a reputable academic institution allows such an essential process to be handled with minimal urgency, inadequate communication, and a noticeable lack of professional coordination. The absence of updates and the slow pace of action have caused significant inconvenience, particularly for time-sensitive employment and academic requirements. While I maintain respect for the institution, it must be stated clearly that the current state of the Registrar’s Office reflects poor internal management and undermines the trust of students and alumni who rely on timely and competent service. This level of service is far below acceptable standards for any higher-education institution. I strongly urge the administration to review and improve the workflow, responsiveness, and accountability measures within the Registrar’s Office. Alumni and students deserve a system that functions efficiently and upholds the university’s integrity, not one that repeatedly causes unnecessary delays and frustration.
I ask my son to go to the cashier and get a statement for his summer class however they told my son they won’t provide It because it’s “summer”. Where’s the transparency we parents we don’t even know how much the remaining balance which I gave my son a down payment for his tuition. I hope some parents will give their opinion in regards to this matter because this is not fair.
