I had an amazing experience at LCIC 🙌🙌 - Campus is spacious, modern, and clean. - Classrooms are bright, fully equipped, and perfect for both theory and practical lessons - Dormitory is private, safe, comfortable and convenient. Especially, I love living with international and local students and learning from different cultures every day. - Cafeteria offers clean and well-prepared meals. You can choose Japanese food or Filipino food (and milktea hehe) - Many fun internal activities like Jujutsu, Zumba, Yoga, Volleyball - The best part of my LCIC journey is the people. Everyone is friendly, supportive, and open-minded. LCIC is a real international environment. I could use English 100% every day and improved quickly. We joined cultural trips around Cebu, interacted with locals, and used English in real situation. LCIC is more than an English school ❤️❤️❤️ It’s a place to grow, step out of your comfort zone, and explore Cebu’s nature, culture, and adventures. I created so many unforgettable memories in just one month. Truly worth it 🌟

I love how LCIC supports active lifestyle to students and employees. They provided huge outdoor sports area and fitness gym open for every students (both international and local) and to all LCIC staff. 🤩 Have I mentioned the campus is huge? It's good for your running practice.

I went there and when I came back, I already wanted to go again. The teachers, staff, and friends were all super friendly. I miss everyone so much. The campus was spacious and comfortable, and the security guards were on duty 24/7. What I remember most is the day I accidentally lost my room key at 2 AM :))) The security ladies still helped me look for it, but we couldn’t find it, so I had to borrow a spare key from the reception. And the shocking part was… my key was in my room the whole time =))))) The food was super diverse; no two days had the same menu. I was especially in love with the breakfast :3 There was a really good milk tea shop right across the school—though it closed a bit early. At night we went out for grilled skewers, sang karaoke, and sipped a little alcohol (I miss those memories so much😭😭😭).

It has been three months since I left LCIC Cebu, but the memories are unforgettable. Even though there's still some unlucky moments( like i washed my phone,..), it still worth for the whole trip. There were tough moments and good moments, but I made new friends and traveled around Cebu Island, and it still feels like it was just yesterday. It wasn’t only about learning a new foreign language — those four weeks were full of joy, and I met so many amazing international friends. If I ever have the chance to go back to LCIC again, I would take it without hesitation. To me, I had an explosive summer at LCIC — truly unforgettable. I hope to see my friends again soon

★ About LCIC in 2026 LCIC is an academic institution that offers a 4-year academic degree program , and EFL program (handled by CELS Department). In addition, students can join voluntarily in Buddy System. ● 4-year Academic Program 1) Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy (BSPT) - eager to produce graduates with licensed in therapist. 2) Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Language (BAFL) - eager to produce graduates whose Japanese level is N3 and up, & will continue to create opportunities for the students for short term educstional immersion 3) Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management (BSTM) - eager to produce talented and hospitable graduates 4l Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering -eager to produce graduates with licensed in CE 5) Bachelor of Arts in English Language Studies (BAELS) - eager to produce graduates with high-proficiency in English ● EFL Program English course subjects in CAMU-CELS: Major English Courses include the following: 1) English Communication Skills (ECS) - this course is all about learning English through constant communication. It is designed to affiliate the course with activities to urge the students to speak in pair or in group (can be in role-play, powerpoint presentations and fun games). 2) Effective Speaking Skills - this course is designed to enhance your English speaking skills targeting right pronunciation, grammar and vocabulary in conversation manner. The course is a bit harder than ECS. Students who enrolled this course must have basic foundation in English. Teacher may include games to test students effectively and impromptu. 3) Presentation Skills - this course is not just about mastering making presentation using power-point slides, but also includes your way on how to deliver yourself on stage (in front of the crowd) with confidence and preparation. Activities include such as monologues, story-telling, research, survey, and subject-focused presentation individual and by group. 4) Listening & Speaking - Students are asked to do a few of homework for listening practice with audio and students sheet, comprehension test through listening instructions and conversations in American-English audio, prepare role-play presentations, and fast-speaking adaptation though oral activities and games like situational game & other fun games 5) Reading & Writing - this course targets learners who are good in listening & speaking but cannot construct correct  grammar or cannot read properly the written words. Activities may include a lot of reading practice, review basic pronunciation of combine letters, reading guidelines such as pause, emphasis and expressions. While, writing includes understanding & constructing basic grammar structure until the complexed structure (depends on your CEFR level). ♡ Aside from these, we also offer  Exam Foundations (A1-A2), IELTS, TOEIC R&L, Filipino Travel, History & Food Culture, English For Travel & Pronunciations Skills, SDGs, and other Asian Languages (Tagalog, 日本語, 한국어, and 台灣國語) ❤️ ● Buddy System About SBS or BS is a kind of program that helps local and international students get to know each other in every sessions. The matching is random so you can gain a lot of friends and learn different life experiences in people, culture, local destinations and more while not noticing your communication skills and confidence in speaking have greatly improved. Enrollment Local students application To join, you have 1) to apply and fill-up the 2026 Sign-Up Form, 2) attend the next orientation (old buddies are also required to attend if your last orientation date was on or before 2025), 3) wait that your buddy number will be given, 4) Then you start to sign-up in BS ONLINE page then open your schedule for booking ("Open Slots"). International Students Application To join, 1) open the Buddy System Online Page then, 2) click Sign-Up (be careful in filling up your buddy number) 3) after completing the Sign Up form, then you may start to book your preferred schedule sessions.
