FEU Alabang does not appear to uphold the responsibilities of a genuine educational institution. It operates more like a commercial enterprise, which seems to impact the quality of programs, facilities, and student support. Students report feeling undervalued and dehumanized, as if their needs and aspirations are secondary to profits. Administrative processes can be opaque and unresponsive, eroding trust and accountability. A particularly troubling aspect is the pricing structure. The semester or program costs appear high, and miscellaneous fees are substantial, yet there is little clarity about what these charges cover or why they are necessary. This lack of transparency makes budgeting difficult for families and raises questions about fairness and consistency across cohorts. Overall, these issues suggest significant gaps in transparency, student welfare, and accountability. Based on these observations, I cannot recommend this institution.

★★★★★(5 reviews)I am aware of FEU since I was a 2006 alumni from Morayta, Manila branch before transferring to San Beda Alabang for Bachelor of Laws degree. I am not sure if they offer a college or masteral degree since I didn't graduate in the Alabang campus, and I think it offers only high school education. Despite being a Muntinlupa resident which is a 10 minute drive away via Pleasant Village, the most important is I already graduated a degree and now 7 years employed in a government agency. FEU Alabang is relatively a new campus around 2016 since the location originally a high hill tract of land bought by Montinola family to establish an Alabang campus. It's nearby RITM is the only location of the high hills of Alabang and now gradually, as the area gradually progresses, Reyes-Montinola think of a new location to put FEU to Alabang, as an extension of Manila, Taytay, and Fairview campuses. I was aware of the location since I walk on the high hills on my way home, passing thru Pleasant Village and Soldiers Hills, where the area is darker at night, but now, the land becomes lively, the road is passable to resident vehicles, which in the future it may cause traffic congestion, from the resident vehicles bypassing National Road and use Pleasant Village as alternatice route to FEU, Festicak Mall, or SLEX. The area is wide and clean. However, it's nearby mini-mountain of Muntinlupa which was used for mock hiking and MTB Exercise was now gradually exploited due to canals seeping downhill, like a black waterfall. In addition, power supply station was placed in the mini-mountain for FEU's electrical supply. For now, the architecture design campus is stylish and clean inside. When viewed from RITM, it is covered with ornamental trees obscuring the FEU as its neighbor, but you can see an elevated carpark therein.²
Why is there no mental health break? Hello? Are you guys actively attempting to drain your students and potentially make them doubt their own academic status? THEY WILL GET TIRED. FEU Alabang is the worst branch ever. They do not treat their students well and their quality of education is absolute garbage.
If you’re planning to study here at FEUA I recommend not to.. why? Expensive tuition fee and the school admins does not listen to their students
