Cebu Institute of Technology University. Home of the wildcats! A private nonsectarian autonomous university. One of the best universities in providing quality education. Producer of topnotchers in the board examination specially for engineering. Center of Excellence for Information Technology Education. Safe and child friendly. Parking is good, and the facilities are very conducive for learning.
Enrolled my brother here. Was impressed by how enrollment can be finished in under 4 hours with their system. This even includes the entrance exam! They also have lots of cashiers working at the same time thus you don't have to wait that long to pay. The most impressive aspect is that there are lots of study areas in this university with tables and chairs positioned in cool and comfortable places. Is it one of the factors that makes the engineering and IT colleges of this university Center of Excellence? I can only wonder. Definitely one of the best universities in Cebu.
HEY EVERYONE JUST HEADS UP!!!. this university doesn’t care about its students’ safety. We just had a big earthquake and they still expect us to go to class like nothing happened. It’s disappointing that the school decided to continue classes. Students’ safety and mental well-being should come first, not exams.
Right amount of Tuition for the education you get. Engineering courses? Then this school can be added to your choices. As well as IT. Most students are middle class and really friendly. Teachers get the right salary so they perform in their best (mostly).
University does not care for student's wellbeing and safety, 0/10. If you want to get into a university, don't pick this one.
