I rated this institution one star due to the poor quality of education. Several instructors demonstrate a lack of dedication, most notably Mr. Daza. Although his schedule indicates three sessions per week, he only attends one, and he was completely absent throughout the month of April. He rarely teaches and instead assigns reporting tasks, expecting students to take over the teaching responsibilities. Even when present, he appears disengaged and uninterested in the subject matter. The Dean of Nursing also exhibits poor teaching practices and demonstrates little regard for student concerns. While many students share similar frustrations, they hesitate to speak out due to fear of repercussions. Additionally, the school lacks transparency in its financial policies. It enforces a strict “No Permit, No Exam” policy, despite existing laws that protect students from being denied exams due to unpaid fees. Furthermore, the school’s facilities are in poor condition. The library, classrooms, and skills laboratory are outdated and inadequately maintained, which negatively affects the learning environment. Especially the Skills lab, the Clinical instructor are obligated to bring material and equipments for our return demonstration where in fact it is the school responsibility to provide what the students needs. So overall I am not satisfied with their service. I hope the school administration takes these concerns seriously by improving faculty accountability, providing better training and support for instructors, reviewing the conduct and teaching quality of the dean, ensuring financial transparency, and upgrading campus facilities. Listening to student feedback and fostering a more open and supportive environment would greatly benefit the institution and its future students. My piece of advice to the next student who chose nursing program, i suggest to choose other school.
