I enrolled my grandchild in this review center expecting a professional learning environment based on their ads and reviews but in the end, It is expectation vs reality. 1. Poor Facilities – Not What Was Promised Extreme Heat: No proper ventilation or cooling system. Sobrang init, making it hard to concentrate for long hours. Dirty Restrooms: Madalas marumi at hindi well-maintained ang CR. Basic hygiene should be a priority. Faulty Equipment: Laging lowbat or sira ang microphone, disrupting lectures and wasting time. Lack of Proper Seating/Tables: During the first few days, some students didn’t even have proper chairs or tables. Unacceptable for a paid review program. 2. Unprofessional Staff – Poor Announcements & Communication Last-Minute or Unclear Announcements: Schedule changes, room assignments, and important updates were often communicated late or unclearly, causing confusion. Wala man lang abiso na malate sila ng open or dating and nagiintay yung mga bata sa labas, mainit / umalan narin. In the end yung management pa yung galit saying na dapat umalis nalang kung nag complain. Disorganized Management: Some staff seemed unprepared or dismissive when students raised concerns. Lack of Accountability: When issues were reported (like the heat or broken equipment), responses were slow or nonexistent. We expected a well-managed review center with decent facilities and professional staff. Sana ayusin nila para sa future batches. Management, take this as constructive feedback—please improve!
