With all due respect but I have a disappointing experience enrolling here. At beginning, I enrolled for 30 hours IELTS review courses and it's an one on one session which was supposed to be fully customized schedule (so I paid higher). I already informed the test date in advance to guarantee all the courses finished before it. However, constant "sudden leave" of lecturer caused 21 hours remaining until I finished my test eventually. Therefore, I don't need any class now and request for refund, CEVAS response was always the same: I am on the line up. Until now, I am still "queuing" and there is no further update. It's been 3 months!!! How hard it would be to claim my money back (which was definitley CEVAS's responsibility)? Please behave!!!

Don’t enroll here. They are scam. Once you enrolled and they got your money you will end up failing to learn from their inconsistent class schedule and unprofessional instructors especially the staffs. They just need your money and giving you a huge discount to push you avail the language learning. At the end you end up disappointed and frustrated because they will not gonna return you money. Save your money not to be enroll here because they are all scam!!!!!

This company is a complete SCAM! If you’re planning on enrolling to learn a new language, don’t do it here. Save yourself from all the stress we are currently experiencing. They’ll lure you in with their “promo” for less than 5k, urge you to pay right away, and would fail to deliver proper services. They will make you beg just to get your money back. It’s been almost 2 months and we haven’t received our refund. Team is very very unprofessional and unorganized as if they do not talk to each other. There are several of us from the same language class but on different schedules that are experiencing the same issues… we even have a group chat now. I have heard that even other language class are experiencing the same thing. I should’ve just paid a bit more to get the legit service. To think I enrolled with 2 other people, we got completely scammed of 15k.
To CEVAS: if you plan on responding saying I’m not enrolled with you, do you think I’d really leave my name all over Google? You know what you’re doing to us.
