First session didn’t push through because there is an error on their end. They didn’t even notify in advance and I had to follow up before they even informed me that the session is cancelled on that day. Their team was unresponsive and avoiding any refund conversation. I was told they will not give the refund because they rescheduled the first session. This is so wrong and a very bad first impression. They give misleading information and they do not give importance to the schedule of an online enrollee like me.
