I am thankful for CEVAS Cebu. They had help me with my trainings and guided me until I registered my PTE Examination that was free assistance from them. I experienced poor customer service during my visit to their office. The front desk staff provided no guidance or assistance, lacking any sense of proper customer care. There were no helpful tips or reminders regarding what to do or not do on my examination day, despite the fact that I was there for a mock exam. It felt as though their primary concern was the payment rather than the quality of service offered.
