Carl Balita Review Center (CBRC) is a branch of the Dr. Carl Balita Review Center network, one of the Philippines leading review institutions for the Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LET) and the Criminology Licensure Examination. The branch serves local candidates preparing for PRC board examinations under the guidance of experienced instructors.
